Waggintail Dachshunds is a family owned business and we have invested a lot of time and effort into getting only a few very nice quality dogs to raise our puppies out of.  Our goal is not to produce a lot of puppies but to raise a few litters of top quality puppies.  So we do not have puppies at all times.  I do not charge a lot of money for my puppies either because I do not feel that money is what the purpose of being a breeder is all about.  I enjoy raising puppies and want to help others be able to afford a quality dog and give it all the best things possible to ensure that he or she has a long and happy life.  Dogs are very great companions and they are meant to bring joy into our homes and they deserve to be treated with the best quality of care that will sustain a happy and healthy animal.  So if you are ready for a new addition to your family and can provide it with a loving home with all of the essentials that will ensure a long and happy life then feel free to browse the puppies on this page and see if any of our babies might be the right new addition for you!

 Our Puppies come with a one year health guarantee against any life threathning genetic diseases.  They are raised in our home and are played with and spoiled everyday by myself and my children.  All of my dogs are AKC registered and given Eukanuba dog food to ensure the very best quality nutrients that they can get for a good healthy start in life.  They come with a puppy gift pack from Eukanuba, a health record of their shots and dewormings, a collar and toy that has been around their siblings and mother to help them feel more comfortable when they leave our home to yours for the first time.  They also have been checked by a vet and had their dewclaws removed durring the first week of their life. We also do have the option available for you to have your new puppy microchipped with an Avid friendchip so that you can ensure your puppy a safe return if for some reason you and your little one become seperated.  I highly recomend having your new puppy microchipped if not from me from a licenced veterinarian as soon as possible.  Microchips are really well worth the money and can increase the chances of you getting your loved one back if for some unfortunate reason he or she gets seperated from you.  I do keep records of each puppy that I microchip just in case you forget to register him or her in your name but I highly recomend that you send in the application as soon as you recieve your puppy so that he or she can be returned to you in a more timely manner and without the chance of me not being able to provide current information as to how to reach you. 

     Autumn and Olie have a new baby!

Karlie Sue is a red brindle longhair female mini dachshund puppy born on July 1, 2010 at 8:30 am.  She was the only puppy so she is very spoiled and healthy.

She will be registered AKC and carry for Cream, brindle, piebald, and could possibly produce cream brindle piebalds because she is half cream and half pie and she is brindle.  So the possibilities for her to produce great offspring is wonderful.  She was only 3 oz's at birth and her hair already is very long, full and extreamly soft.  She has started to show her sweet and fun playful personality already like her parents have and we are becoming very attatched to her.  She is available for sale to a very well approved home only other wise we will keep her hear with us at waggintail dachshunds to produce some wonderful mini dachshund puppies of her own!
